President's Report
    -Greek week April 14-19
    -Basketball game with one member of each fraternity on the team
    -Pi Kappa Phi Push Week is week of March 7th
    -Sign-up sheet for Road Trip
    -For VP, IFC wants an Initiation report in 10 days

Vice-President's Report
    -Retreat in 2 weeks, I have the final sign-up sheet, make any amendments
    -Aftermeeting in Traditions Room at 9:30
    -Future aftermeetings in Crimson room until April 13th
    -Pledging in Regents Room on Tuesday at 6:00pm

Treasurer's Report
    -Bills out next week
    -Will have a complete Treasurer's report out next week
    -Talked with Nic Watson

Secretary's Report
    -Nothing to Report

Rush Chairman's Report
    -Rush goes on
    -Have three bids so far, still awaiting two more

Chapter Editor's Report
    -Installed Publisher on computer
    -Still must speak to historian about pictures

House Manager's Report
    -Be nice if we had a house

Steward's Report
    -Talked about moving dinner to Wednesday, same night as Kappa Kappa Gamma spaghetti dinner
    -Would be better to buy tickets for everybody
    -Tickets will be distributed at formal pledging

Scholarship Chairman's Report
    -Hope people dropped classes who needed to
    -If not, be nice to professors
    -No one was at the study session this week
    -Next one will be after dinner on Wednesday in the Union
    -Got more tests from people
    -GPA last semester was 2.94, should be at least 3.2
    -Pledge and Active GPA's were very close, Pledge slightly higher

Social Chairman's Report
    -Nothing happened this week, waiting for rush to end
    -Dance Marathon next week
    -Trying to put together a party

Athletics Chairman's Report

Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
    -Have had no relations with any Alumni

IFC Representative's Report
    -Next meeting on March 4th or 5th, whichever is Wednesday, at Kappa Sigma house

Philanthropy Chairman's Report
    -Big Event on March 29th from 9:00-2:00
    -Sign up on sheet
    -Clean Adopt-an-Area after the business meeting

Alpha Sigma Kappa Liaison's Report
    -Candidate ceremony at end of the week, they have 3

Historian's Report
    -Got stuff from Eternal Composites, I'll look at it
    -President's Trophy...we did Botball
    -MAB: I'll get some pictures for you
    -Someone else with a digital camera, take pictures, I can loan mine
    -JLK: I can do that

WebMaster's Report
    -Will update the member roster after formal pledging
    -Will correct link to ASK webpage, now that they have a working one
    -SMP2: Two broken links at the bottom of our page

    -Thumbs up in campus paper this week

    -TRA: Pool table is going to be sold for $80, good deal for us, I have no problems buying it
    -TNL: I see no problem with it
    -MAB: It will be worth $80 to not have to move it out
    -TRA: Talk to Daryn, he'll give you a check

    -MWW: out in Raleigh-Duram, NC this week, crunched number with Nic Watson for about 4 hours
    -Rent for the Manor for the rest of the Spring and next Fall: $325 for a single, double will be a little less
    -Spring 2004: $300 a month
    -Fall 2004 from then on: $315 a month
    -Parlor fees: get a check each month that takes care of utilities, will be about $20 a man
    -Resident Assistant: will pay rent, half of the price of the single room
    -Duties: Watch over the Manor, be aware of problems to fix
    -RZC: What will happen to the Family apt. on the second floor?
    -MWW: We'll get to that, RA gets the first floor room
    -Bills: E-mail them, if that doesn't work, we'll do paper
    -If the whole payment is made at the begining of the semester, it's a 5% discount, this will encourage cash flow at the beginning of the sememster
    -If rent is late, fee is 1.5%
    -House Manager gets 25% off his rent, he's responsible for buying things the house needs.  House Manager and Bookeeper sit down to work this out.
    -Parking Permits: We have 10 spots at the Manor, OU will lease us 9 more at the corner of LaHoma and Boyd
    -By Fall 2004, projected we will be at full capacity of 30 men
    -$325 is the base rate, will be worked around
    -Furniture: $250 a room for furniture, that's a desk and a bed, some mattresses need to be replaced
    -Financing: $620,000 total
    -CWI not expected to be out by Feb 28, claimed to be closing on a property soon, expected to be out by end of next month
    -Meal Plan: too much hassle, if others come up with something, then okay.  Instead, just do Tuesday Night Dinners
    -MAB: At least consider it for next fall, saw it in action at Penn State, worked well
    -Parking: paving the lot will be a problem, if we have to do it to satisfy a city code, let's page the whole thing

    -Over the next month, I'll be learning Linux version of Object Oriented Pascal

    -B.J. broke up with me after Ghetto Golf
    -Played Final Fantasy Tatics for 20 hours afterwards
