OFFICER REPORTS

BOD President:
Founders is going to be the 16th which is 2 Saturdays from now. I have had issues with Venues. Tried to get Madison Square event center, but they went under new management and haven’t talked to me at all. Two weeks ago I was looking for new venues. It was not easy because a lot of places are booked or can’t accommodate us. We are going to reserve a floor of a building in OKC. We don’t have to pay for the venue, but we just have to spend a certain amount on food and stuff. That amount is $1500. Get there at 7, stay until 10 or 11.

President:
IGC President Election. Is anyone opposed to our chapter vote going to Joseph? Yeah cool.
Talk to people in other organizations and make Joseph win.
There is an after meeting this Friday. I will write your debrothering letter if you don’t give me a reason that you can’t go.
Endowment fund. You have until the end of my term to tell me what you want to spend money on.
We are the only house that TBHC pays for Wi-Fi in. I am going to fill out a form that will cover it for Wi-Fi.
Cooper: There is an award for a home improvement project. You do a project, and then submit it, and you can be picked to receive funding for the project. Let Alton know, and you can try that.

VP:
I-week is in two weeks. Schedule will be released at the end of the week. Watch Official.

Secretary:
If you have completed your officer transition document, please send it to me. I am going to do some formatting to make them all look the same, and then I will print them out and have them in a binder in the closet. They will also be on the drive for officers to access.
I also was looking through the drive and noticed that a lot of the officer folders are really disorganized, and I want to go in and reorganize things by academic year or by semester. So, if you’re an officer and would rather I not do that, just let me know. I won’t be deleting anything, just making it so it’s easier for new officers to look back and see what has been done in the past.

Treasurer:
Pay your dues. Third payment is due today.

Risk Management:
Tightrope course deadline is coming up. I have joked about it, but it is serious. It only takes a couple of hours.

New Member Educator:
Your code of ethics are getting better. Keep learning. Keep taking notes. We will cover more national history this week.

Academics:
I will be sending out academics meetings messages this week. If you would like to meet in person instead, that’s totally fine. All I need from you is a screenshot of your canvas dashboard showing your grades. I will then compare that to what you said you expected of yourself at the beginning of the semester, and if it isn’t where you wanted it to be, I may reach out to you about how we can get you back to what you expected of yourself in August.

Social:
We had to cancel the thing on the 8th with Kappa Phi. Instead on Wednesday night I will pay for 6 or 7 people to go to Top Golf. I will reach to them about cost.
Cooper: Fun fact, you can buy a bay for $15
Korth: Starting to work on holidays. There will be an event with all of IGC.

Philanthropy:
Currently in the process of signing up for 2019, but that hasn’t been posted. Build-a-thon: I need recyclable materials that we can build with. If it does fall through, we will have an event that weekend to get some hours. The two hour cutoff is November 24th, the day after Initiation.

House Manager:
Zach is mop head. He showed up and cleaned. I ordered supplies, but I can’t make it get here any faster. Share your Sam’s card with me if someone has one so I can get a paper towel. I want to allocate $300 of parking money for equipment for the house.

Pledge Class President:
We have a proposal for the pledge class project. We want to build a charging station for brothers to use downstairs when they’re studying. I suspect it is going to be pretty cheap. We might engrave the pledge class name on it.

Putnam is the new athletics chair.
