OFFICER REPORTS

President:
This might be a longer meeting, sorry.
I am going to appoint a committee to close up some of the ambiguity in the constitution. Tristan Hull, Gregory Maddra, Darren Midkiff.
We want to set up officer transition documents for every position. By the end of the semester, I want these to be done. I want a folder with written forms of what every officer does, and an electronic one as well with no discrepancy at all. This will help new officers be more prepared.

VP:
Pushing retreat and big little back by a week. I am clueless as to where to take people, I am taking a poll. I will only spend money on food for people that fill out the form. I will post in official if I change my mind about the date.
Maney: Isn’t that the week of OU v TX?

Secretary:
The following brothers cannot attend social events because of accountability:
Br. Powell
Br. Fugate
Br. Saha
Br. Franklin
Br. Davidson
Br. Hill
Please see me if you want to know what the cause is. I am not going to announce that here, for most people it can be resolved in minutes.
According to the minimum expectations document, we need to review the Active Brother Status of the following members:
Br. Warren
Br. Bhakta
Br. Rayburn

Treasurer:
I am supposed to give a complete financial report once a month.
Expected Dues for Semester: 16,160
Received Dues thus Far: 7,902
Percent: 49%

Budget: 13,825
Expenditures: 9,385
Percent: 68%

Current Semester Balance: -1,482
In Bank: 10,153
Second payment of dues is due next week.
We met with Camden earlier and figured out where the money for rent subsidies is coming from. We have an account of old parking money and alumni dues, and that’s where it’s coming from. The account currently has about $9,000 in it.

Risk Management:
So, the tightrope courses. Please update your email with nationals. We will do the first training next week after dinner. Someone brought up the fact that last semester we had a ban on vaping on the first floor, that is still in place.
Midkiff: Under our lease, smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the entire house?
Maddra: I believe it is just smoking, but we can find out about that. We will have to look into it. We might actually be too close to the school for anyone to do it.

New Member Educator:
We are going to be starting on the code of ethics. Please be on time to business meeting, please dress appropriately. Other than that, I will be contacting officers when it is your week to do your presentation.

Academics:
I need the following brothers to either send me or meet with me to show me their GPAs:
