OFFICER REPORTS

President:
I think we are still missing people, so I am going to start off with some small topics. Has anyone heard from Harrison?
Maddra: Yes, he is still at the University.
WiFi Committee: We are sending out a form to everyone in the house. Everyone will need to turn off their personal stuff. We will send out everything at 5:00.

VP:
Pinning is getting pushed back to next week.
Fugate, Lamb, Trujilo please stand, that is what you need to wear next week. (They are dressed in business attire, with slacks, a vest, and a jacket).

Secretary:
I will be doing accountability reports this week, they will be announced next business meeting and will go into effect then, so if you’re behind on work days, business meeting attendance, etc, you have this week to make that up.

Treasurer:
Pay your dues.

Risk Management:
Read the binder in my mailbox and write your name on the form if you haven’t been to the meeting. Check the Triangle website for the videos you all need to watch.

Recruitment:
So, we wrapped up recruitment events. If you need to go out and eat with someone, let me know.

New Member Educator:
Bryce and I are done getting ready. We will be sending out a form this week or next week to see when officers can meet during NME to talk about their positions.

Academics:
I was told that I was going to be given your grades, but I have not been given your grades. I will find out who I need to talk to about that, and if I can’t get them, I will have to meet with all of you for that information. Hopefully it doesn’t go that way, though.

Social:
Movie night this week is Thomas Hill, Tuesday at 8:00 PM, Wolf of Wall Street.

Philanthropy:
Thanks to everyone that went to the Alpha Phi event. Also, starting this week, (tomorrow) I will be calling Habitat for Humanity restore to schedule two trips. There are 13 people that need to catch up on philanthropy hours. I will give priority to people that need to catch up. This sentence was added by the Secretary; if you see this sentence DM me your favorite color. You will be stocking shelves and basically be a volunteer retail worker. Saturday the 21st and Saturday the 28th. I would prefer if the days were balanced. I need those answers by the end of the day.

House Manager:
The dryer will be fixed Wednesday from noon to 4:00. Parts will come in a box, ideally before Wednesday. I will walk around and make sure everyone cleaned their stuff for work day.

House Director:
Absent
Athletics Chair:
Volleyball is happening. Sports.

Historian:
Put stuff in the drive.

ASK Liaison:
Charlie: I am the Triangle Liaison. I want to fix any ruts between our chapters this semester. I know that a year ago we had a lot of events that we did with Triangle. I think it is because a lot of the older members knew each other, but now there are a lot of younger members. Both chapters like to do cookouts. We used to do a cookout with Triangle every month, so I am going to see how that goes.
Pumpkin patch on the 5th.

Steward:
Lasagna and garlic bread.
Volunteers to Cook: McFadden, Trujilo
Volunteers to Clean: Palmer, Fugate

Maddra: I thought last week we agreed to amend and have voting rights be part of minimum requirements.
Midkiff: I know we went through the local constitution, but I am also going to go through a boot camp for the other parts of voting rights.
