OFFICER REPORTS

President:
Welcome everyone. Thanks for coming out to Founders yesterday. The Alums seemed to be enjoying themselves.
I am going to be doing sign ups for TNC. If you are interested in going please get with me. As of now just myself and Tristan Hull have seemed interested.

VP:
Shirts have finally been ordered. You will need a suit for I-Week. New guys can work something out with actives to get a suit if they don’t have one.

Secretary:
New guys, I have made a survey that I will get to you, and I really need you to fill this out as soon as you can. It is getting information for our records like birthday, phone number, major, things like that. There are also some actives that I will send this to if we have incomplete information about you.
Other than that, if you need something added to the calendar, just let me know. If you think I have something wrong, first make sure you’re not looking at your sister’s finals week on your family calendar, and then send me a message about it and I will get it fixed. Use color coding. That is all.

Treasurer:
Pay your dues. Mandeep did pay his dues, so I am not going through with a vote with him. Everyone else but Narum is up to date.

Risk Management:
Obtained a lock for the fridge downstairs and last time I checked it was good. Someone else appears to have pulled the lock off the box, please let me know if that was you.

Pledge Class President:

New Member Educator:
Pledge ed is over. Ty is the only person that needs to make one up. Everyone knows what CoE is. No pledge ed this week unless you need to make it up. I-Week is next week. Papers will be due that week.

Academics:
As of now things are kind of in limbo waiting for this amendment to be voted on. If it passes, I will begin working on meeting with actives and pledges about how things are going leading into dead week and finals. If it does not pass, we will continue the process of study hours until we find something that we prefer.

Social:
So, this weekend, actually, Friday, 7PM PMA is going to have a board game night here and they will be buying pizza, please show up. They are the music fraternity. For the people that liked my message in Brotherhood events, we will be doing Paintball on saturday. If anyone has an issue with Colin bringing his dad, talk to Colin.
