OFFICER REPORTS President:
We finished welcome to Engineering and Lawn Movie. They were both great events and Lawn Movie was a great brother Event. We have Ultimate Frisbee and we will provide Refreshments. Billiards is happening next week, also, we have a BBQ at Reeves Park.
First Business meeting after we talked about IFC. Neal got screwed. We have to pay them $15 per member. We have had historic issues with communication with IFC. Someone tried to steal from us and used IFC rules against us. Student Conduct told us to call the cops and approved everything we did to stop him. Student Conduct hinted at releasing a statement about leaving IFC because we are currently the only IFC chapter that has never received a strike.
Helfrey- IFC did not contact me about information about the new bidding system. Therefore, we did not issue or sign any bids. I told the Rush chair of IFC and he said he thought we knew. Also, IFC has a strict set of rules that it seems only we had to follow. Gift giving to be specific.
