* Minutes from the April 1st, 2001, meeting were passed.

President's Report
- I have an application for Howdy Week. You go around and stick stickers on people.
- Greek awards for this year will be presented at a banquet on Tuesday, April 17, at 6 PM. Dress will be formal, as the event will be in the ballroom. We'll do this instead of dinner on Tuesday. It'll be Union catered. I will RSVP for 5 people. I won't be there, so somebody will have to pick up the plaque.
- We won the President's Trophy for academics. I'll pass the trophy around. We also got a $250 cash award with it. I propose we use the funds for the Mom's day banquet.
- I have T-shirts from the Spring Break road trip. If you want one, talk to me and Br. Siard after the meeting.

Vice-President's Report
- The University catering services have dropped our reservations. I'm still working on options. We'll go with someone else, or be cooking the food ourselves. University catering is a bunch of ho's.
- Aftermeeting will be at 9:30 pm.
- Dinner will be on Tuesday.

Secretary's Report
- I have sent all of our meeting minutes to National for CPA points.

Treasurer's Report
- I'm going to be paying bills this week. Please give me money if you have outstanding bills.
- Remind Maddog that he owes me big.
- Congratulations to the chapter for gaining us $250.

Rush Chairman's Report
- I've started looking at borders. Darryn is looking at living here.
- The guys from Zeta Beta Tau are struggling through formal rush. We may work with them to set up an area around here to help them through formal rush.

Chapter Editor's Report
- Thanks for those who helped with the Event Horizon.
- The EH will be mailed out tomorrow. I'll start the next one soon.
- Anybody want to write an Event Horizon article? I'll get those out this week.

House Manager's Report
- Work day was okay, except few people showed up.
- "If you're going to puke on the porch, you'll have to go through Belgium."

Social Chairman's Report
- I'm going to schedule a social meeting on Tuesday. Let's do that following dinner.
- I've bought most of the decorations and supplies for the party. We still need to buy food, soft drinks, etc.

Scholarship Chairman's Report
- Do not skip class. Turn in your homework.
- Foundations study night on Tuesday.

Athletics Chairman's Report
- Soccer practice will be on Friday at 3 PM. Anybody is welcome. We have a game Sunday at 3 PM.
- We won our soccer game today. We scared them off.
- For those who signed up for paintball on Saturday, April 14th, that's still on. I haven't heard back from James. As soon as I hear from him, I'll advise you of the game time. It'll probably be in the morning.

Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
- We have some alumni with us today.
- "Thanks for keeping on top of the alumni, Hugh."

Pledge Educator's Report

- I'll grab somebody after dinner for the next meeting.

Pledge Class President's Report

Philanthropy Chairman's Report
- I need volunteers to help after the meeting with making Easter baskets.
- "Are we hiding Easter eggs for Alzheimers?"
- Technically, campus cleanup is over. I think we should still do it. But we finally have a sign!

Alpha Sigma Kappa Liaison's Report
- I have resigned... but... since this is an appointed position that I can't refuse, I've been told we're doing some Easter baskets with them.
- ASK wants to sponsor a hamburger feed at the start of the semester. Who all can go? Let's sponsor the feed with ASK.
- Br. Kraft gave in, and says we're going to the Union to make Easter baskets. (MAB says Jeremy is whipped.)

Historian's Report
- We might make some history here on Monday. I'd like somebody to take my camera to the festivities.

Public Relations Chairman
- We have our court date tomorrow. If you're there, please dress respectfully.

Reaper Report
- Pl. Cantu has gotten something for his wife.

Executive Committee Report
- We met Wednesday. We talked about national founders, and our financial position. MDS2 quacked.
- Next meeting will be Wednesday at 10:30 am, but we might meet on Monday night if need be.

- No old business.

New Business
- No new business.

Action Item List
MAB: I need to get play tickets for two weeks from now.
MDM: April 15th is the deadline for financial aid papers.
BMG: Do your taxes by April 16th.
MEY: Second round of design project due to Baggy
MBW: Send "document" to national, and get a new one.
HPM: I have a quiz on Wednesday, and a test on Friday, and an unnamed item I must resolve immediately.
MWW: Show up for court tomorrow. Many of us have to wake up way, way too early. Meeting at 7:30 am on Denny's.

Br. Wheatley
- I'm testifying in court tomorrow for the first time.
- I may or may not be in SF on Thursday. I won't know that until tomorrow or Tuesday. The field office is moving, and they may want somebody to talk to them about the LAN.
- Both sides of the med-fair is like LANs, with strollers and packets, and lanes as networks.

Br. Watson
- Everything is going great. It's nice to be here. Good to meet the new pledges.
- Good luck tomorrow.

Br. Mercer
- Life is going well.
- Tomorrow at 4 PM I'm presenting in front of ACM. It's in Sarkeys in room 202A.
- I was one of the nominees for rookie of the year at work. It came with a nice bit of cash.

Br. Kraft
- I accepted a job with the Washington Department of Transportation in Seattle.
- Three weeks until my design project is due.

Br. Yarrison
- Twenty one days until my design project is due.
- I really wish the rotating quarter of my design group that's slacking off would show up.
- It'll be a small miracle if I survive this semester sane.

Br. Powell
- This week we covered moon monsters and space robots in AI.
- I'm two levels away from finishing the German version of Dungeon Keeper.
- I bought my mom a gift for her birthday at the medfair.

Br. Martin
- I did buy a new car this week. It's nice, it's pretty.
- There are only four weeks until graduation. I'm looking forward to that.
- I must resolve some things quickly.
- Please forgive me if I'm a little short with you today.
- I've also been subpoenaed for the trial tomorrow.

Br. Garner
- Tonight, Monday, and Tuesday are going to suck.
- Last week was pretty cool.

Br. Rogers
- My parents have been in town since Friday evening. They arrived earlier than expected, since Comair screwed them over in a good way. They got to go to the Campus Awards program to see me get the Outstanding Aerospace Senior Award.
- My parents went to the medfair yesterday, and today the met Lisa's folks for the first time. As far as I know, they're still there. They're plotting to soil us at the wedding with rose petals, or rose rocks, or something.
- The one wonderful thing about my parents being in town is that my Dad took one look at my van, and told me to junk it. Eventually I'll end up with my Mom's little Geo metro. It gets better gas mileage -- 50 miles to the gallon with the Geo, compared to 19 mpg with the van.

Br. Branson
- It's been a long week. Got a lot done. Went to two banquets over the past week.
- Thanks to Br. Rogers and McCann and Ycedo for helping clean up and getting the Mom's day banquet working.
- I found out last week that I got a $1000 scholarship from the Math department, and I got a rejection letter from Wolfram. I'll probably just go home for summer.

Br. Lewis
- Nothing to report.

Br. Siard
- I got a scholarship from the Math department, but for less money. I just turned in half the application anyway.
- I sold some of my stuff at this year's medfair.
- I got my first haircut in three years.

Br. Williams
- I had a productive week. I requested permission to double major in Writing and CS.
- My financial situation has improved. I'll be studying here over the summer.
- My Grandmother is in stable condition.

Br. Meizlish
- There's a better than even chance I'll live in the house come fall.
- This week was nice, as I didn't have any tests or quizzes.
- Now, I'm looking forward to a week of relaxing and work.

Br. Scott
- I was out in the sun for an hour this weekend, and got a burn.
- I hurt myself playing basketball.

Br. McCann
- Compilers project is really stupid.
- My parents are here. They're going out to dinner with us afterwards.

Br. Kirkpatrick
- I think I aced both exams I took on Wednesday.
- Went chasing on Friday. Saw a decent wall cloud, nickel sized hail, with sirens going off in Vici.
- We owe it to Paul, as he steered us in the right direction.
- I like sitting on this end of the table, as the gavel doesn't ring in my ears from this distance.

Br. Gilland
- My best friend Brian came in to help judge speech.
- If you get a chance, check out the student art collection. It's really cool.
- I got a $500 scholarship for Outstanding Sophomore, and a $400 scholarship from the Math department.

Br. Thomas
- Last week was pretty bad. Lots of crap going on.
- This week ought to be good, except a test on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Br. Martin
- Nothing to report.

Br. Abernethy
- "Haha, I have stuff to say."
- I'm taking a soccer class through OU. They finally decided to let us play, and the place wasn't maintained.
- My Mom came in this weekend, and I showed her around campus.

Pl. Cantu
- /* Can't talk, must code. */

Pl. Murphy
- Semester is almost over. That's good.
- I'm sleepy.

Pl. Brumbaugh

Final Announcement
- Br. Branson, Rogers and McCann for cooking and coming up with the recipe.
