* Quorum was not present; therefore, no meeting minutes were passed.

President's Report (Br. Williams Reporting)
- When we originally tried to move the meeting, we forgot about soccer. No malice was intended on that. We were just trying to get quorum.
- Elections for IFC executive officers are November 6. I have applications for candidacy. If you want to run, pick up one of these forms.
- There's an Honors at Oxford program for summer of 2002. If you're interested in this, come see me.
- Public service fellowship program (2001 Cortez) is being held this summer.

Vice-President's Report
- Dinner on Tuesday. Cooking: Pl. Hafner, BMG, MPA. Cleanup: Pl. Pounder, MDS2
- Aftermeeting will be at 10:00pm. The Opera folks might be back by then.

Secretary's Report
- I have the first version the OK Triangle directory ready for distribution. I'll send that out right after the meetings tonight.

Treasurer's Report (Br. Williams reporting)
- Pay your bills.

Rush Chairman's Report
- All the pledges are finally signed in.
- Rush on.

Chapter Editor's Report
- Eh.

House Manager's Report
- The basement is now a white room. And it will soon have black curtains.
- I would like to thank the people who showed up for the workday: JAT, JAM, Pl. Reif, JDP, MWW.
- We're going to be doing a lot of stuff on Friday. Show up. We'll start at 5pm, and it'll last late.
- We've got to set up for the party Friday, too.

Social Chairman's Report
- We're having a party at 10pm Saturday. Had a big fiasco getting it registered, since student affairs has been closed lately.
- I currently have no theme for the party. We'll have a social committee meeting on Tuesday to discuss this and other topics.
- I'll announce people who'll be on the social committee later, but right now, I want everyone to show up.

Scholarship Chairman's Report
- Keep studying.

Athletics Chairman's Report
- We'll have IM co-ed soccer and other stuff that we'll talk about on Tuesday. Find women interested in soccer (TRA: and basketball). We probably need five or six people interested in it. The 3 and 3 is probably just a tournament.
- TRA: We played soccer today. We lost 5-0. We need to set up a practice (or small practices). Practice will be at 5pm at the Huston-Huffman on Wednesday.

Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
- KLR: Br. Mercer has a new address.

IFC Representative's Report
- Most of our meeting news has been announced.
- Next meeting is a week from Tuesday.

Philanthropy Chairman's Report
- Adopt an area needs to be done tonight. It's probably awful from the homecoming football game.

Alpha Sigma Kappa Liaison's Report
- Nothing to report.

Historian's Report
- Nothing to report.

Public Relations Chairman
- Nothing to report.

Pledge Educator's Report
- We will have an interesting activity on Tuesday to learn each other's names.
- Br. Scott and Lewis will come and speak this week.

Pledge Class President's Report
- The name of the pledge class Delta Tau Omicron Pi Alpha Tau Gamma.
- Also, Dan Reif is keeping a log of guesses... so if you want to submit one, tell him.

Reaper Report
JCK: Make sure I have a ride from the airport.
TNL: Call Four Star Security.

Executive Committee Report
- Did not meet. (Does not exist?)
- We did talk about one thing briefly before taking Br. Garner to the hospital.
- We might meet again.

Old Business
- No old business.

New Business
- MWW: I'm wearing the trustee hat now. George, Nic, Joe, and myself have gotten an offer from a community group to use the Manor. We haven't made anything firm on this, but we've talked to them for the last week and a half. Here's the deal:
    - They pick up utilities, do lawn care, pay $1500 in rent, and make any Department of Human Services renovations. That'd give us $9,000 in the bank.
    - The down side is that we couldn't use the place. We could store stuff in the basement, but we couldn't hold any meetings here.
    - They claim they can move in with any kind of residential zoning. We don't know how this will work legally, but we're looking into it.
    - They may be able to provide us lodging for the 3 guys currently living here. They may also give us a place to meet somewhere else.
- Long term, we either win the court case and we move in... or, we can't move in. That'll happen 6-9 months from now. Our appeal has been filed.
- I think the odds of this deal going through will be about 70-80%.

- Pl. Pounder: I talked to Baulfors, and they said it'll be $43.20 for a rug. We have to put at let half up front.

Action Item List
MBW: Finding a room for the banquet is still in process.

Br. Wheatley
- Saturday morning at 8:30, we hauled some stuff to the dump. We were probably exposed to some nasty icky stuff at the Norman dump.
- Last night, I went clubbing with Cody, Aldridge, and a guy named Kevin. We ran into Alex, a rushee from three years ago.

Br. Garner
- Things are going pretty good.

Br. Aldridge
- Cocina Domina has pretty good strawberry margaritas.

Br. Rogers
- Soccer is fun, but we definitely need to practice.
- Yeah, the gig went really well, and it was cool and fun (from last week).

Br. Lewis
- I think my daughter likes to wake up every hour on the hour. At least she keeps a good steady pace.
- Don't ever, ever, ever, ever say anything about my daughter.

Br. Williams
- My week of incredible hell of turning in projects is over. Now, I'm down to the subweek of turning in projects.

Br. Meizlish
- Yo.

Br. Scott
- I was on The Price is Right on Thursday.

Br. Kirkpatrick
- Going on on Saturday, this was a good weekend, despite sunburn.
- I'm going to Alabama for a graduate school session. I hope I get lots of money.

Br. Gilland
- Anti-War protests at OU are really cool, especially when they involve topless girls holding signs saying "Feminists against war."
- Although it may seem I'm on crack, John Steward Mill's "On Liberty" is a good read.

Br. Thomas
- All the classes I didn't have exams in last week, I take them this week.
- They have schools in Alabama?

Br. Abernethy
- My head hurts a lot less than it did a few hours ago.
- Yo, MF, wheeeee...

Br. Cantu
- Plague is over. Thank god I can drink again.
- My original older computer is falling apart.

Br. Brumbaugh
- A good week for two reasons. I finally got Shrek downloaded, and I saw a dog shit in (somebody's) lawn. [Thunderous applause.]

Pl. Hafner
- Died my hair purple on Monday.
- I got to have my favorite meal this weekend: Enchilada hot-dish.

Pl. Collie
- Yesterday, a lady cop threatened me with extortion and fraud.
- I'm open to suggestions for my second announcement.

Pl. Ulmer
- Visited a friend of mine in Texas this weekend.
- Went to my parents 20th anniversary party last night. Had some good cake.

Pl. Pounder
- Scheduling my spring 2002 semester classes has turned into one big logic problem.
- The man who reported the topless woman at the anti-war protest was Johnathan Titsworth.

Pl. Knous
- My last name is Knous.
- I went home this weekend and got a nice new jacket.

Pl. Anderson
- This is one of the few times I've looked forward to the end of the weekend.
- I'm still immune to the plague.

Final Announcement
- Goes to everyone who helped with the downstairs area.
