President's Report
    -IFC wants two Triangles to apply for scholarships

Vice-President's Report
    -Aftermeeting at 9:30pm in Crimson Room, honest
    -I'll speak at pledge education meeting

Treasurer's Report
    -Bills are out
    -Minimum payment of $20 for parlor fees and dinners
    -I'd appreciate payment plans returned
    -Also have charges for the Rush manual for Fall 2002

Secretary's Report
    -Nothing to report

Rush Chairman's Report
    -Going to make Fall rush schedule this week
    -Will appoint rush committee

Chapter Editor's Report
    -MPA: Event Horizons were sent out this week

House Manager's Report
    -We might get a house soon
    -Wednesday, we'll clean up the kitchen
    -Will make list of additional tasks to do to set up for Founder's Day Banquet
    -MWW, TNL, you've been in there, anything else that's needs fixing?
    -TNL: Third floor, bathroom in particular
    -Things will be better established next Sunday
    -MAB: How will repossesion take place?  Do we get the keys or call the locksmith?
    -MWW: Next monday, we discuss repossesion schedule

Steward's Report
    -Passing sheet around for Alpha Gamma Delta barbeque sign up Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 ($4 a person)
    -Do this instead of chapter dinner, afterwards go back to apartments, watch a movie
    -Meet at Dale Hall Tower at 6:00
    -Founder's Day on 19th, sign up you and your guests so I know who to bill

Scholarship Chairman's Report
    -We have scholars

Social Chairman's Report
    -Schedule social meeting this evening
    -Party on 19th after banquet

Athletics Chairman's Report
    -Nothing to report

Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
    -I need to relate to them

IFC Representative's Report
    -MPA: Meeting at Phi Delta Theta this week
    -Need someone to go with me on a regular basis

Philanthropy Chairman's Report
    -Phi Mu sorority hosting picnic, not sure entirely what it is, will find out

Alpha Sigma Kappa Liaison's Report
    -MPA: I guess they still exist

Historian's Report
    -MPA: I assume history still exists

WebMaster's Report
    -Talked about getting a new server
    -Most of the webpages still down
    -Hope everyone got the minutes, posted on my own website
    -SCS: New server Topica available, use until WildRice comes back

Public Relations Chairman
    -MPA: I think Adopt-an-Area is over, I may be wrong, but they had celebration of those who won, which was not us

    -Had meeting last night, pledges remembered some stuff, did not remember other stuff
    -VP to speak at next meeting, speech had better be good

    -No homework, had a friend come down
    -Bought a 5-foot sword
    -Taken LRK's shoe and sent it to the back of the room for wearing Canadian shirt

    -Got in a fist fight with a mime at Med Fair, result is a dragon shaped scab on the side of my head

    -Excellent week, projects are almost done

    -Will not have to work next year
    -All bills will be paid off by August

    -Parents flew in Thursday night; I haven't paid for a meal since
    -Oklahoma hates meeting, allergies flared up again

    -At Med Fair, spent nothing, found mood ring
    -Tri-Gun is airing on Cartoon Network
    -Working more hours, able to pay rent this month without borrowing money
