President's Report
Vice-President's Report
    -Due to rush activities, no aftermeeting
Treasurer's Report
    -Budgets passed out
    -No buffer between receivables and payables
    -Athletics was cut
    -Rush went up, as well as Retreat
    -Bills printed out, will be passed out after business meeting
Secretary's Report
    -I will announce the JMG award next week
    -Will see about minutes being posted as well
Rush Chairman's Report
    -Need two people to go to Formal rush tonight, two more people 
     tomorrow
    -Welcome party on Wednesday 7:30pm to placate ASK
    -Need dorm storm volunteers, fliers will be made
    -Formal rush is here on Monday and Tuesday
    -Next Monday is Alumni BBQ at 3:00pm
Chapter Editor's Report
    -EH is 80% done, trying to force things to work
    -I'll need slave labor soon
House Manager's Report
    -First work day today, thanks to those who showed up
    -In the future, fines will be imposed for not showing up to work days 
     or not having valid excuse
    -Next work day is this Saturday at 2:00pm, $25 fine for not showing up
    -Try to leave living/dining rooms as nice as possible, clean up after 
     yourself
    -Table 'O crap in the hallway, needs to be cleaned up, same around the 
     TV
    -Magazine stacks getting larger, back issues will be tossed when stack 
     heights reach Critical
    -Cars must be moved by tomorrow, will be towed, and not nicely, since 
     TNL is in charge of towing
    -RM room has lots of stuff in it, must be moved, any personal effects 
     definitely
    -In 2nd floor bathroom, shorts and shirt hanging on pole, need to be 
     claimed
    -2nd floor parlor area is a fire escape route, anything along the 
     North wall must be moved
    -Hallways: personal items must be moved, chapter stuff will be moved 
     as well, bottom line, hallways must be clear so there is no death
    -Stuff from Office needs a place to stay, preferably a room in the 
     Manor
    -We might get a chainsaw as well, hit alumni up for funds
    -TDM: make a list for showers/laundry?
    -TRA: will be made eventually.  Laundry will be a sign-up, showers 
     will be more difficult, bathtub on first floor will be emergency 
     shower
    -Sign up for what times you want to use the washer/dryer
Steward's Report
    -Meal Plan starts tomorrow
    -Providing plenty of food for the 3 people who live here
    -All 3 must have a full meal plan, either $25/week breakfast and 
     dinner, or $7.50/week breakfast
    -What time do we serve dinner?  Thinking between 6:00pm and 7:00pm.  
     7:00pm approved
    -Weekly chapter dinners changed to Wednesday evening, so it's 
     cancelled this week due to Welcome Back Party
    -Chore list will be made up, need to know who can cook/clean on what 
     evenings
    -Meal selection:  Meeting after the business meeting, ideas thrown 
     out, I set things up for the week, shopping and pairing people up and 
     whatnot
    -Anybody have a Sam's club card?  Mr. Kuntz: I do
    -Fines for not doing chores:  Not this week, but from then on, if 
     dishes are not done, $5 fine among the two people supposed to clean 
     them, the person who does the job then gets paid the fine. 
     Legislation for that will be written up this week.  You can pay others to
     do your chores under this plan.
    -If guests pay for meals, zoning laws come into play, so we'll 
     continue with the system we have now, only a few guests a night, 
     extra food is made, no big deal please don't abuse it, donations from
     guests are always accepted.  Rushees are always free.  Pledges get one
     dinner a week free.
    -Late meals: Board is made up, mark the days you will be late for 
     dinner, a plate will be made for you and put aside.
    -Leftovers: Free game for anyone on the meal plan
    -Pantry: Cleaned out today to make room for chapter stock, but 
     individual space still available for residents
    -Refrigerator space: Need plenty of space for chapter stock 
Scholarship Chairman's Report
    -Our GPA for last semester, depending on how it's calculated, went up 
     from 7th to 3rd or 2nd among OU fraternities
    -Test files will be done within the week, kept the good stuff
    -ADH: post people's schedules on doors, wake up neighbors if you see 
     they need to be in a class in 20 minutes
Social Chairman's Report
    -AKH is new social chair
    -MAB: I want a Festival of Sin
    -May only be one party this year due to construction 
Athletics Chairman's Report
    -Manor parking lot used on game days to make money
    -Cash in hand, easy to restock chapter supplies
    -Anyone have problems with it?  No objections
    -Two teams of four people to work the lots on game days, may be paid 
     out of the profits
    -If OU has a problem with it, they will tell us, and we won't do it 
     anymore
Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
    -Who is it?  LRK, with MAB assisting
    -Make sure they know about picnic next Monday

    -ADH volunteers for it
Philanthropy Chairman's Report
    -Nothing right now

    -Planning their rush

    -Can't think of anything

    -Don't ask me to put anything on the web because I can't, looking into 
     alternate website options

    -MAB: Rush is too high, meal plan needs more, and I don't like not 
     having a buffer
    -JAT: Historian's budget can be halved easily, depends on what we 
     budget for
    -ADH: I could reduce Rush by about half, assuming I get some money 
     from the Steward

    -Laptop died, Gateway wanted to charge lots for a new biode chip
    -Got a new job in the summer, I'm was a game-tester, worked lots of 
     overtime and double-overtime

    -Scotland was very, very cool
    -OU has crappy Math/Philosophy department
    -Excited about grad school again, want to get Ph.D.
    -Spent Christmas with a guy with a computer named "The Beast", and 
     wanted to be a rally driver when he grew up
    -Traveled, saw London, intend to go back to Scotland and live there
    -Being around the Manor has been great, Mr. Kuntz is cool, glad to be 
     back
    -Have a bottle of Iron Brew, friends dubbed it "Liquid Cancer", sugar 
     is number two on the ingredients list

    -This summer was awesome, took two of the easiest classes ever
    -Got lots of frequent flier miles

    -Had 21st birthday on a Sunday, so I couldn't buy alcohol
    -Made lots of money this summer

    -Great summer
    -Made fun of my mom because I made more than she did, also had better 
     working conditions

    -Same German teacher this year, he's a great teacher
