President's Report
- Greek week is next week. I got this announcement on Thursday. They want somebody at 10PM at Bizzell clock tower to do chalking. On Tuesday the 6th, there will be two basketball games. They'd like two people from our chapter to volunteer to play in these games. Br. Lewis and Aaron Martin expressed some interest.
- Deadline for signing up for Dance Marathon is the 7th. The dance marathon will be held on February 10th and 11th. It requires a $10 registration fee, plus $75 total in donation. The chapter has set aside $200 to pay the entry fee and/or donation. There are signup forms in my box at the manor.
- We sent a big packet of forms to national during exec council this week. That leaves more forms still to be turned in. Br. Williams has several form F's to take care of, and I have the form L. Br. Aldridge still has form N.
- We need volunteers for the President's trophy application. Br. Aldridge expressed interest to help with the academic piece. Br. Meizlish also volunteers. Br. Gilland can also help after the 1st of March. Everyone except Brett should meet sometime this week to determine how we're going to split this up.
- President's pack has arrived from National. I need to go pick it up. If there's anything noteworthy, I'll bring it to the aftermeeting tonight.

Vice-President's Report
- The ASK dinner is on Tuesday. Br. Branson offered to cook, and Br. Meizlish and Br. Ycedo will assist. ASK is bringing the dessert. Let's meet at the manor at 3 PM to buy groceries. Br. Siard, Garner, and Aaron MSCS JMG AGM cleanup.
- Aftermeeting is at 9PM.

- Nothing to report.
- I'll change the point of contact information on our homepage.

Treasurer's Report
- Everybody has a bill. First page is a repeat of January, and second page is February. Third page is the balance from last year. If anything is incorrect, see me after the meeting.
- I will expect checks by the 15th. I'm going to give out bills at the meeting before the 5th, and you'll have a week to pay. If you haven't paid me in a week, you need to talk to me at the next meeting.
- We're almost solvent. We have enough to pay national.
- Br. Dickinson, Br. Kraft, Br. Lowe, Br. Martin, and Br. Rye owe large quantities of money. If you see these people, tell them.

Rush Chairman's Report
- Pl. Cantu is now officially a pledge with IFC.
- Next week, we have a dinner, chemistry review, and a movie night.
