IFC discussed a fire safety talk. It will be on April 12 Probably around 3-4.
People would like us to put a ribbon in the yard to show support against child support.

Vice President:
I-week is currently planned on the week after finals. That can change depending on when pledges are available.


Secretary:
Will post the minutes soon.

Programming:
Absent

Rush:
For the rest of April summer rush will be planned. What events and who will run them.
That is every Wednesday at 5.

Scholarship:
Study nights might be extended by an hour.
Monday will be a test for that.

Treasurer:
Absent

House Manager:
Today is Easter so a lot of people arent here, make up chores will be given out.
Next weeks agenda includes tool closets.

Resident Manager:
For Stewart-Scrape stuff off plates into trash, not sink.
Continue not using second floor bath for now.
Hobart and Sprayer are good.
A/C in dining room is messed up, DONT USE IT.
Parts of ceiling is now missing in RM's room.
If you would like to show up and learn home improvment stuff show up and learn first hand.
There is a list of stuff that needs to be done, including stuff outside.
Some work days can include BBQ to work on outside stuff. Food and drinks will be provided.

Pledge Ed:
CDS will get with pledges to finalize if/when pledges will be available for I-week.

Steward:

ASK Liason:
Facebook event for Potluck.
Intermural softball-will be near the end of April, volunteers needed.
Elise will take over Kayla's spot for ASK liason.

Calender Chair:
Emails will be sent out twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
If you want your event in these emails, tell or email Neelesh with date and details.
Make sure to give him at least a weeks notice for this.

Old Business:
*Potluck is on the 19th. Doesnt sound like we will provide a main dish. (Jeff or Clint can help anyone cook)
For Potluck, RSVP so we know how many people will attend. (For seating purposes)
*Hanging up old composites will be added to next weeks work day.
*A chapter eternal wall has been accepted by alumni.
*No movement for pledge project.

New Business:
*Representative from art department (Molly)
A backyard show including using light projectors and paint would like to be in our side lot.
They would like to do this April 20-21. Setup Saturday and use Sunday night.

Mophead:
Those who showed up on Easter Sunday to clean the house.

Brother/Member of the Week:
Carl and Luke for cleaning grease track, ripping ceiling out, redoing 2nd floor showers.
