President's Report:
Pledging is Oct. 3rd, three weeks from today. Start sending out bid cards. Also, who wants to be Pledge Educator? If we don't have any volunteers, I will pick somebody.

VP:
I'll talk more at aftermeeting.

Treasurer:
We've had a lot of debt in the chapter, so I'm starting up a new policy. Anyone who has more than 900$ in debt has to pay down to 900$ by the end of the semester, or I'll just send them over to Omega Fi's Collections and forget about them.

Secretary:
I am typing what I am saying. As soon as Br. Creasey gets back, I'll talk to him about what paperwork is due when.

Recruit. Chair:
Nerf War is on Monday. I haven't been seeing many potentials around, so please invite them over more often.

[from Br. Schlupp] Please come to Nerf War tomorrow, unless you have a really good reason not to.

[from Br. Browder] chem study night is on Wednesday. It will be in the Frontier room, and flyering for it is tonight. Ghetto Golf on Thursday, and B Movie Night will be on Saturday.

Scholarship:
I've now formed teams. If you have any issues about this, please email me or talk to me.

CE:
Absent.

HM:
Because of terrible attendance, I will be fining people who do not show up to Work Day. I'm not calling people anymore; you know when to show up.

[from Br. Powers] We need more hand soap.

Steward:
Does the chapter want Chapter Dinner to be a required event? As in, do you want people to be on the plan by default? Chapter Dinner will be on Tuesday.

Resident Manager:
The food on the island is now free game. At the end of the week, I will be throwing it out. I would like more help with parking this weekend. We also need a new door code. Also, from the Alumni President: He wants you to know that he cares about you.

Appointer Officer Reports:

Social Chair:

ASK/Triangle Liaison:

Philanthropy Chair:

Webmaster:

Old Business:
Last week's minutes will be up for voting on when they get posted. [I'll get on it]

T-shirt designs are in circulation.

New Business:

Announcements:

Br. Grady: I outsmarted myself. I'm traveling this Thanksgiving, looking at airline flights, and the best way to do this is to fly from Australia to the US to Thailand, instead of a more direct way.
Br. Powers: [none]

Br. Bruce: I need a job.

Br. Wilson: Um, yeah. Stuff. Chinese is not as hard as I thought.
Br. Browder: I'm going to be graduating in December, so I'm dropping my capstone class, which means I have time to do President stuff.
Br. Smith: Done.

Br. Sanders: I've started work on a Bluetooth project. I will also start teaching circuits to children again.
Br. Ashley: Also getting ready to teach kids.

Br. Schlupp: Three weeks down.
Br. Foster: Nothing.
Br. Miller: I'll have what Br. Foster had.

Br. Collins: I am still typing what I am saying. Other than that, I've learned work + classes = very little free time, which is why I haven't been able to get as much done as I hoped for the chapter.

Br. Zarachoff: This is my last free weekend before fencing starts; for the next five weeks, I'll be all over the country.
Br. Nguyen: Tired.

Ms. Stenman: My birthday party was awesome.
Ms. Costello: I like you guys.
Ms. Youzi: I got problem 14 right. Yay!

Member of the Week: Br. Miller, Br. Nguyen, and Br. Sanders, for helping out with parking.

Quote of the Week: "How do you control the Void?" "Feudalism, apparently."
[from Br. Wilson] say more funny things, please.
