President's Report

- I went to the forum on race relations on campus after the WTC tragedy on Thursday. We may be getting a call from Dean Cintron on putting together a safe house for people who feel threatened. The President of the Pakistani student association was assaulted. We'll be hearing from her about that sometime this week.
- I need to meet with the other exec's sometime early this week, preferably on Monday, about National Active fee on other forms. We'll talk about that after this business meeting. We have to get these forms sent in tomorrow.

Vice-President's Report
- I'm assuming a number of 28 for retreat. If you're not going, tell me. It's the weekend of the 13th of October.
- Dinner on Tuesday. Cooking: BMG, TRA, JMG. Cleanup: MAB, JAT, MPA.
- Aftermeeting will immediately follow our outing.

- We mainly need to vacuum, put up the boxes, and get the mattress off the floor in the basement.
- We also need to move the few bed frames into the back.
- MAB: If you have anything in the basement, get it now (or we'll auction it away).
- There's a chest-of-drawers in the bedroom with the foosball table. If it's yours, take it, or we'll throw it away on the 6th.

- We'll have a House Managers meeting for Thursday at 6pm.

Social Chairman's Report
- We'll have a social meeting after dinner on Tuesday.

- MAB: Who's interested in being a junior IFC rep? Pl. Hafner and Anderson have volunteered. I'll get you the times when I receive them.
