President's Report

Vice-President's Report
- Aftermeeting at 8pm

Secretary's Report
- I am passing around a Triangle Actives Directory and copy of the Master Mailing List spreadsheet
-- Check to see if your stuff is up to date

Treasurer's Report
- Bills are out
-- Make sure that everything is right
- Stapled to the back is a list of everything
-- Meal plan section is not right
- Got about $3500 in the bank
-- Paid insurance and actives fees, but still have rush
- MCU will forward stuff from Corp list to BWB
- If you want to pay for the whole semester at once, add $369 to the total due
- Plede dues at $275
- Need to do a budget meeting (Exec Council)
-- SEF will send an email out asking for availability

Rush Chairman's Report
- Welcome went good
- Tuesday is ASK's Meet and Greet
-- Mostly for them, but feel free to go
- Tuesday evening is Installfest at Manor
- Wednesday is Volleyball by Walker
- LAN Party is this weekend
- SEF: Tables are an important tool for rushing

House Manager's Report
- Workday today
-- If you missed it, then talk to me
- Due to Rush, please keep everything cleaned up

Resident Manager's Report
- Leases are out. Need to be signed before Sept 1 with the room checklist at the same time. If leases are not sent in, you can not live in the Manor.  Workday has cleaned all of the common areas and they should remain clean for rush.  The RM and the HM have gotten together and decided that stuff left for an extended period of time will be put into a lost and found pile.
- Rent for August is due on 6 Sept.

Steward's Report
- Schedule is up
- Chapter Dinner is on Tuesdays at 7pm
-- This week's is Beef and Brocolli
-- JWS(Cleaning) and MMC(Cooking)
- Created checklist for cleanup
-- Can use it to make sure you are doing things

Chapter Editor's Report
- Event Horizon is all put together
-- Just getting pictures
-- Expected to be sent NLT next weekend
-- Already has address labels

Scholarship Chairman's Report
- Can't make it to study night on Monday
-- We will reschedule
-- No study night on Wednesday
