Minutes
- Weeks 1-4 have been passed.

President's Report
- History of science film series.  You can get 1 hour of credit for watching movies for the rest of the semester.
- Dance marathon on the 28th.  Dance 'till you hurl!
- Don't haze, IFC said so.  Also SMPII is a duck.
- Relay for life.  Need $800 to participate.

Vice-President's Report
- The cabin manager at the park I'm trying to get retreat at isn't cooperative.
- National Founders is the 17th.
- Aftermeeting at 9:00.

Treasurer's Report
- Bills are out.
- Still don't know what pledge fees are.

Secretary's Report
- Read the minutes.  Last week I only got corrections from one person, and I forgot to spell check - there is no way I made so few mistakes.

Rush Chairman's Report
- Formal rush is over.

Chapter Editor's Report
- Two week notice on articles.

House Manager's Report
- I can't think of anything.

Steward's Report
- I've got legislation for later.
- Either Manor or Union for banquet.
- Volunteers for dinner - Cook: TRA, MCU, DJP  Clean: JAM, KAF, SMPII.

Scholarship Chairman's Report
- Study night Monday at 7:00.

Social Chairman's Report
- Gonna hold off on parties during rush.

Athletics Chairman's Report
- I need to talk to people to set up a work out schedule.

Alumni Relations Chairman's Report
- Going to send out a National Founders and hopefully local founders email out.

IFC Representative's Report
- Won us a media guide.
- We learned that SMPII is a duck.

Philanthropy Chairman's Report
- We have a sign ordered, but its not up yet.
- 6 or 7 people have volunteered for Bot Ball.

Alpha Sigma Kappa Liaison's Report
- No obvious problems.

Historian's Report
- We're doing a composite this semester.

WebMaster's Report
- Updated alumni info on the officers page. 
- Tried to work on actives database.

Public Relations Chairman
- Nothing.

Pledge Educator's Report
- No pledges.

Pledge Class President's Report
- No pledges.

Executive Committee Report
- Did not meet.

Rush Committee Report
- No committee.

Social Committee Report
- Did not meet.

Old Business
- None.

New Business
- Legislation:
	1.	The Active Organization will take control of the Steward and House Manager budgets, providing funding for these officer positions.
	2.	The Active Organization Treasurer will collect $16 per month from each active memeber living in the DeBarr residence.  This will cover four chapter dinners per month.
	3.	The Active Organization Treasurer will collect $20 per month from each active member living in residences outside of the DeBarr residence.  This will cover four chapter dinners per month and will help pay for consumable supplies at the DeBarr residence including, but not limited to, toiletries cleaning supplies, paperware/plasticware, and bills at the House Manager's discretion.
	4.	Daryn will be declared shogun
	5. 	This bill will become null and void when the Active Organizations moves back into the Kirkpatrick Manor, excepting clause 4.

Announcements

Br. Wheatley
- I submitted to the national nomination committee my papers.

Br. Lewis
- Puppy, I feel old.
- I need to talk with the people planning the banquet after this meeting.  The trustees are trying to raise money for the house, and we wanted to discus the idea of using National Founders as a kick off point.
- I think we are about 8 weeks from being complete on the outside of the manor.

Br. Gilland
- Saw Kill Bill again on Friday, enjoyed it more the second time.
- My girlfriend roxors.
- One anime party short of Kenshin completion.

Br. Abernethy
- Feh.

Br. Murphy
- I'm looking at what I have left to do, but I may be able graduate in December, but be here in the spring.

Br. Brumbaugh
- Nothing of consequence.

Br. Hafner
- Nothing.

Br. Collie
- Thats D-rod to you.
- Do I have anything?

Br. Ulmer
- Puppy devour.
- This is my easy week.  Yay!

Br. Pounder
- Corey for Shogun.

Br. Knous
- I have a lab 3 proposal due at the end of this week.
- Got a new phone.

Br. Anderson
- Asleep.

Br. Prosser
- I was accepted to the 5 year graduate program in EE.

Br. Ferguson
- I may break down and buy the Neverwinter Nights expansions.

Br. Powers
- I shaved 23 seconds of my minesweeper time this week.  (Good work Scholarship chair.)

Br. Faulkner
- Whereas our line is strong, Daryn for Shogun.
- After LAN, my computer decided to stop running 3D things.
- I bought new shoes.
- This week might eat my soul, but I have a backup in the closet.

Br. Kincheloe
- I get to battle that Data Structures guy and his assistants.

Br. Henrichs
- Continuing to make regress.

Br. Heck
- I now own season 4 of Babylon 5.
- Grr, there was something else.

Br. Kuntz
- I'm so mean.
- I'm hardcore.
- I got a call back for SIN, and it looks like I'm going to write for the Slant.
- I'm also writing script for a video game, possibly.
- I aced a Latin test and played pool.

Br. Bagwell
- Physics is killing me.
- I woke up this morning, logged on to my Linux box, and found an interesting text file "Yo yo yo B-dawg, word up in the hizzle."  Apparently someone broke into my Linux box.

Br. Williams
- I guess that Data Structures guy's grading scale liked me this week.
- I hate Target.

Br. Bolton
- I had a chem exam this week.
- Watched a whole bunch of movies this week including Canít Stop the Music which was very painful.

Br. McCarroll
- That Data Structures guy is a puppy.
- Bait and switched failed.
